My room access card was always deactivated and I need to go down and ask the staff to activate again I have suffered with with problem Also in the room there was very bad noise coming from ventilation fan same has been informed to hotel staff During checked in they said me we will return you security despite amont but they didn't send me back yet I request booking.com team to check with hotel and send my security deposit back.
